BPD vs ASD

I wanted to share how Autism and Borderline Personality Disorder can overlap. They can look very similar at times and are often misdiagnosed with each other. They can be diagnosed together and I happen to have both. I know I have been talking a lot more about my BPD, but this is a reminder that I do have both and it can be a struggle to manage both together.
